Credit card security:
All our credit card transactions are processed through PayPal. It’s free to use PayPal to pay for purchases in New Zealand.

Your credit card details are not seen or retained by us. As soon as your transaction is processed via PayPal, your card details are deleted automatically from our system.

In the event that a customer wishes to add to an order, we will need to seek card details at this point, as we do not have access to the customer’s card details from the original purchase put through the website.

Credit card refunds
We do not need to seek a customers card number to process a refund. We can log in to the secure PayPal website, find the customer’s payment transaction, and process a refund against this transaction – all without being able to see the customer’s credit card number.

Can I pay by Internet Banking?
Yes of course however please allow extra time for bank payments to clear..

Please ensure bank deposits contain your order reference and let us know if the bank account name differs from the name on your order.

Please note deposits into fast deposit boxes do not come through with a name or reference number, so please ensure you email us if you are using this method to make your deposit.

If you need your order urgently, please email confirmation of your bank deposit to us or preferably, pay by credit card.

Cash or cheque?
We do take payment by cash if you are local, but posting cash is not a good idea and unfortunately we cannot accept payment by cheque.
